DDJ 400 NOT CONNECTING TO MAC

Hello, 

I am trying to get my DDJ400 set up for a gig on Saturday and it is NOT working

Lights up when plugged in. 

But NOT showing up in USB device tree.

Trying to download the v103 drivers and the updater program is saying "not connected". Error ID 0x0E21

The driver installer IS allowed in privacy

It is NOT showing up in Midi Studio, but that's because I deleted it before trying to follow some other instructions.

I can't get it to come back 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Rekordbox as well.

Exact same problem on 2 computers:

- MBP 2015 (intel)

- M1 Mac Mini (Apple Silicone)

The decks WERE WORKING on the M1 a few weeks ago when I was doing some prep. 

I have a gig in 2 days.
