CDJ2000NXS2 Dropouts and Emergency loops

We've been experiencing a number of dropouts and random emergency loops with NXS2's with DJ's playing linked USBs who've specifically requested NXS2. As they usually play with them I assume their rekordbox libraries are correctly formed.

We've swapped Network switch and cables. Any thoughts ?

Pulse

Low quality USB drives are typically the culprit in these situations. If you're dealing with other DJs you won't necessarily have access to their drives to get the make / model, but 9 times out of 10, it's because they're using a drive designed for simple file storage as opposed to high-speed / performance use.

Biggest DJ

Don't know if you still have issues but i had the same problem suddenly, but after a lot of troubleshooting i got it solved. In my CDJ players configuration the players were defined as "Auto"  But at the mixer i use (now) channel 1 and 4. After redefining the players setup as player 1 and player 4 the problem didn't showed up anymore.
