DDJ 400 NO MICROPHONE SETTINGS

Hello,

I have plugged in the MIC and turned the knob to have some sound but there is no Sound and no option in settings>controller>MIC 

when I search on youtube I see others have the option of enabling mic and they are on lower version of the software.

could you tell me how to fix this ?????? please.

Is it possible that the cable is bad?  Have you tried the mic and cable on something else to show it works?

Hello Jay,

the cable and mic is working perfectly in my house music system.

is this a problem with rekordbox or the problem is with the controller?

One of my friend updated to the latest version and he is getting the option of the mic even without plugging it in..

is it better to get the ddj 400 replaced?

Hi Karan,

The DDJ-400 does not feature a mic input to the computer; the mic is only direct to master. There are no controls in the software for the mic with that controller. Sorry!
