XDJ-RX2 HOT CUE BEHAVIOUR
I would like to see a choice as to how the hot cue behaves, currently in standalone mode, the hot cue buttons will always play from the set point, even when playback is paused, I would like to see them behave like the main cue button when playback has stopped. Ie only play while the pad/button is pressed, when you release, playback is stopped and it jumps back to the set cue point.
Is this possible in a update?
PS. I love the addition of comments column added to the qwerty search on my rx2, I previously asked for this and it happened, so well done Pioneer :D !!

Currently no, but this is the same as all other Pioneer DJ products; there is no gated-mode for hot cues as a stand-alone product. Hopefully in future updates! Thanks for the feedback.
Is this functionality only available when using Rekordbox or Serato software?
The XDJ-RX2 can't control Serato DJ; gated hot-cues on the XDJ-RX2 are only available when controlling rekordbox.
