DDJ 1000 "NO AUDIO DRIVER" ONLY IN USB-A PORT
USING MY DDJ 1000 WITH NORMALITY IN REKORDBOX, WHILE PLAYING A SONG,
THE SOUND STOPPED AND I OBTAINED THE MESSAGE IN RED
"DDJ 1000 IS DISCONNECTED" AND IN THE SCREENS OF THE JOGS THE MESSAGE "NO AUDIO DRIVER".
I tried re-installing the driver in mac os mojave, and I could not fix it.
the strangest thing is that it only happens with the USB-A port.
WITH THE USB-B PORT THE CONTROLLER WORKS PERFECT!
HOW CAN I SOLVE THAT? IS THERE A KEY CONVINATION FOR HARD-RESET?
BECAUSE THE FIRMWARE CAN NOT BE RE-INSTALLED FROM THE USB-B PORT.
HELP PLEASE! I LOVE MY DDJ-1000

If you have the "NO AUDIO DRIVER" message on your displays, launch the DDJ-1000 Driver Version Display Utility and that message will go away. I just submitted a ticket for this same issue with tech support. I have a feeling this is a bad internal audio card. I can't use but 2 decks in USB B and USB A No Audio Driver. Hasn't ever left my bedroom in the 1.5 yrs I've owned it. Pioneer please fix this for free.
