My CDJs 350 won't connect to my computer.

Hi,

I have tried to connect my cdj 350 to my computer for the first time but the version display utility says it isn't connected. The software version is 1.21 and firmware version is 1.12. I have been a dj for the past 5 years and I have used many different systems but it could be a rookie mistake. I tried different usb cables and usb inputs on my computer as well as my two cdjs. The problem is not the hardware.
