Rekordbox wont work on my windows 10 laptop

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem. When i first bought my ddj rb i had rekordbox dj included, as per usual. I installed the software and it all works fine. However, now that the new update has come out and my rekordbox has updated, it wont open on my computer. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software many times yet my computer is still refusing to run the software. I have also tried to re install older versions of the software to see if that works but it wont anymore. Please can you try and help me find a solution to this problem
