XDJ-rX2 no audio in Rekordbox performance mode

Since 2 months thats I have the XDJ-RX2, I can not play in performance mode, no Audio, everything's is set right, driver, software, everything is ok ..... but no audio when I use it in performance mode , in export mode woks fine ..... why ??? please help ... I already use the xdi with Traktor and was working good.

i reset 2 or 3 times my hard drive and I make clean install of Mac OS high Sierra .....

when sometimes it plays in performance mode .... but not frequently , after 2 minutes of audio , didn't work anymore .....

i am afraid.....
