[CLOSED] problems with traktor and ddj t1
hi am having problems with my ddj t1 and traktor ive tried to contact pioneer via support still haven't got a reply from them did by phone spoke to someone he gave me his email address I send him the screenshots of the problems ive been having with my ddj t1 and traktor and still haven't got response when I bought my ddj t1 it came with a traktor cd I installed everything it worked fine for days but I cant remember what settings did I play in or what happened now everytime I start up traktor am getting this message (traktor will now be configured for your hardware and the whole traktor interface changes into something different I cant see my pitch control in the preference option mostly all the settings are gone and if I update for example to the 2.6.1 once I put in my key it goes back to the same strange interface can someone help me please heres a screenshot of what am talking about

Please try updating to the latest version - during the opening of the software after the upgrade, you may be asked if you want to import previous settings - click no. Let me know if you still experience the same issue on software load or if you require further assistance.
well ive tried all these and more but ive gave up long time am running a crack version and its working fine but I would still like to use my cd version but it just don't work
