License key not showing on account or in rekordbox
I want to deactivate my license on my PC but the license key is blank and I go onto my account online and it tells me I don't have a license but I can still export music and use on my dj rx2 and have had my license showing in both up until now. I know I have to ask to remove computers from the license but before you do that I want to be able to see my license key.

Hey Conor,
Export mode is functional for free without a license being activated.
If you aren't sure of the license key itself, you can file an inquiry ticket here, provide a copy of the purchase receipt and a photo of the serial number sticker on the back of the RX2, and they can issue a replacement for you.
