Rekordbox Mobile Phone Troubleshooting

So I have a ddj flx4 that works with my iPad and desktop but the mobile app doesn't seem to want to work on my Galaxy Note 20. I see the flx4 as a Bluetooth option tried to connect and I was prompted to somehow type a pin on my deck. The app is also stuck in vertical mode as well so it would seem I can't mix with my phone even if I miraculously set it up via the pin. On the iPad the mobile option works flawlessly.
