ddj-rx 4 channel power problems
had my ddj-rx 4 channel for about 3 weeks and it wont power up still under warranty was working perfect a day go packed it into road case and when got home and went to fire it up it wont light up or do anything thinking faulty power supply also have the ddj-xp1 head on controller but it works fine

It could certainly be a faulty DC adapter if there is nothing illuminating when the unit is only connected to power. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region and they can direct you how to proceed.
