music missing base
Hi, Im new to Serato and just bought the S9, When playing my tunes which Ive downloaded from iTunes the music comes out the speakers with the base missing?, everything else is normal, all dials are in correct positions. the music is crisp in the headphones which makes me think I have an effect or filter locked on but can`t work this out. anyone know what this is? Thanks

Odd wasn't the word,I stumbled across the answer buy removing my amp from my stack and found the fault to be a loose master cable into the back of he amp...problem solved..thanks for the fast reply..the s9 is proper..big thumps up.👍🏻
@matthew > Indeed that is a bit odd - first I would recommend you update the firmware on the S9 and ensure you are running the latest version of Serato DJ (1.8 as of this writing).
If that doesn't help, next turn all EQ and filter knobs fully right, then fully left, then back to the 12 o'clock position to see if that helps "reset" any knob positions. You can also open the effects panels to see if anything is engaged or not.
