just bought a ddj 1000

connected everything

no sound coming out

help plz

Follow these instructions instead:

  1. Disconnect the DDJ-1000.
  2. Download the driver.
  3. Open the driver package and run the uninstaller file.
  4. Reboot your computer.
  5. Open the driver package and run the driver installation file.
  6. After the installation has completed, give the drivers permission.
  7. Reboot your computer.
  8. Connect the DDJ-1000 and test as normal.

Did you install the drivers (and if on a Mac using High Sierra or Mojave, allow it through security)?

when i play something on youtube, im getting sound but when i play something on rekordbox, no sound!

@Paaras > Did you configure the DDJ-1000 as the audio device within the rekordbox preferences?
