XDJ-RX : Unexpected application error

Good Morning, I bought rekordbox DJ license on 18 October and since then my rekordbom is giving the following error "Unexpected application error" this error occurs every time I start analyzing some music or video (I'm using the trial version of rekordbox video because I am testing to buy too) what can I do to fix this problem? I'm using a Macbook Pro, i5, 4 ram and 500gb hd connected via MIDI in a XDJ-RX please need to solve as fast as possible. att. Vitor Bueno
