XDJ RX Not showing Most Folders or Playlists

I have the latest Rekordbox version. Other than the transferring of playlists to disk being super slow, I have the issue that most playlists and even HD folders are not showing up on my XDJ RX (newly bought). They are fine on the Nexus 2000.

A USB stick I have that was created with an older version of Rekordbox is OK on the XDJ RX.

I have the same problem, my usb Key ( Kingston 16GB) sometimes WON'T show up I have to restart the XDJ-RX and un plug the usb key multiple times just to get it working.
