XDJ RX Play/Pause not working
Left side play/pause button not working at all, however it still lights up and flashes. The cue button still works fine. Updated all software/firmware and nothing seems to work. What else can I try??

Are you using the RX in stand-alone mode or as a controller for software? Does the problem exist in both modes?
Only in stand alone mode, never used it as a controller for software.
The deck isn't in REVERSE mode, is it?
Definitely not, it's been happening for a few weeks now.
Likely a failed hardware switch - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
