Controls on DDJ 400 not working, no tutorial pop up either.
When I first purchased the DDJ 400 and opened it up with Rekordbox DJ, an automatic pop up tutorial opened up. I may have disabled it but would like to turn it back on. Is this possible? Thank you. And also, thanks to whoever designed it. I remember it being easy, brief, and to the point.
Update: Now I've noticed that the ddj 400 controls don't work. Sound does come out (from the back output but not the front headphones), so I guess the main volume knob works but it's the only one. Could this be caused by a rekordbox update?

To access the tutorial again, you can find it under View > Tutorial.
As for the controls, are you in EXPORT mode or PERFORMANCE mode?
If the problem is only the audio, then make sure you don't have the DDJ-400 assigned as the Windows default audio device; restore the setting to your normal device so the 400 is available for rekordbox to use.
my tutorial mode is not working either. There is no View then tutorial...
