DJM-REC APP - NEW ISSUE WITH IPHONE 11 PRO MAX

I have a serious issue with DJM-REC: the app doesn't recognize the mixer.
After connecting the iphone (iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13) and mixer (DJM-900 NXS2), up on the right side is always in analog mode.
I updated my DJM-900 NXS2 to fw 2.07, I used original apple cable and followed step by step the instructions that Pioneer's Support sent me but the result is always the same.
When iphone and mixer are connected, the app shows analog connection but doesn't use mobile microfone. it seems freeze about recording.
Please solve asap this issue. Thanks
