Rekordbox 3 bridge mode is not same as used to be.

Hello. 

I like 3.0 but there is very big problem for me. I am using beatport pro and trying to load my playlists into 3.0

however where the bridge mode is gone? I can find preference but I can't really import.

also some how my sync manager is not working, I can click Itune playlist sync but nothing is synchronized. 

Help!! I cant play for this matter!
