Hello i bought new ddj 1000 . nd connected it to my laptop to which it said driver software installation failed . so i went through the manual . connected the usb to port a nd first updated the firmware then installed the latest driver . yet it shows no audio driver . plz help wht to do..

With the DDJ connected and rekordbox open, launch the DDJ-1000 Driver Version Utility app and it should then recognize the device and operate normally.
