How to export database to internal drive instead of USB?

I would like to export my Rekordbox database and use it in another program. But I don't want to plug a USB drive into my computer all the time. So I want to export it to an internal drive.

Moreover I don't want to format my drive with a FAT file system just because of Rekordbox. How can this be avoided?

How is this possible?

The purpose of an export is for use in a CDJ or XDJ, so the software can only export to a USB drive, not an internal drive. My recommendation would be to export to an external drive, then copy the data where you need it.

But this is unnecessarily complicated and involves unnecessary hardware.

Again, the purpose of an export is to prepare the music for use with a player. What is it that you need this for on the internal drive anyhow?

As I wrote above I want to import the database in another program.
The limitations to USB drives and file systems is a problem. A warning would be sufficient.

Are you trying to load the RB database to another computer running RB? If so, you can do this by preforming a Library backup and then Restore to the other system. This is how I maintain my desktop and laptop.

@Frank > Again, please understand that the intention of an export is for a hardware player. We're not interested in supporting use of our exports in someone else's software.

Which is a pity also no good decision. Please rethink it. I would promote Rekordbox a lot.

Rekordbox is not so big that it doesn't need to care about this.
