Cannot get Headphone audio to play with DDJ RB

 I just got my DJ RB today.  I'm playing directly from my computer speakers, which all works fine.  However, I cannot get any audio through the headphones.  The only option under output is "built in audio".  I've installed the drivers for RB numerous times, and it never comes up under output options.
