DJM 2000 Nexus Traktor Certified?
Hello, I recently purchased a DJM 2000 Nexus( which is awesome) with 2 CDJ 2000 Nexus on the way. I am a Traktor user and would like to use Traktor as my #3 & #4 decks. Will the DJM 2000 Nexus be Traktor Scratch Certified? The reason I ask is because i'm not good at midi mapping at all. Fortunately my Denon DN-X1700 mixer is plug and play with Traktor. Just had to change some mixer settings. Or if there is a link that might help me with the setup on the forum? That would be great also. Thanks for you help in advance.

Hey Pete I'm sorry to say it's not traktor scratch certified as of yet because i know for facts the the soundcard is still the same as the mark 1 DJM-2000 I has three configure of soundcar i/o the driver lets select 3pairs of output @ 24bit, 1pair input/ 3pairs outputs @ 16bit , or 4 pairs of output @ 16 bit.
But you can used it traktor just fine cause your using CDJ HID midi usb connection not timecode.
But if you want time code out of the question.
Is it same sound card? I thought It was upgraded? And I'm not looking to use the CDJ Nexus in HID mode. I want to use traktor as my #3 & 4 decks and use the CDJ 2000 nexus with a normal USB/SD/Reckord box.
You can still used the internal sound card on the djm-2000nexus for the sound output but can't do time code.
