WeGo3k problems jog wheel and output
Hi,
I have connected the unit to a Macbook air and using Djay software,
Upon playing a track, I can cue normally in 'vinyl' mode by moving the platter back and forth.
After about 30 seconds, I am unable to scratch the track. As soon as I touch the platter, the track sounds distorted. This is happening on both channels.
Also, in a separate issue, I am going to be connecting my WeGo3 to a DJM 300 which is then plugged into a bar mixer (I use the mic and the acoustics of the room need more treble)
I tried this previously, but could not hear the channels on the WeGo via the headphones. I could only hear it via channel 1 on the DJM 3000
I'm sure it's a case of changing the setting on the Djay software but I don't know what.
Any advice much appreciated.

It should automatically configure itself for the controller when it's detected. The distortion could be due to the audio buffer not being high enough, try adjusting that a bit.
As for the DJM-3000, if you've connected the output of the WeGO to the DJM, you should keep your headphones connected to the WeGO so you can independently cue the channels.
