Rekordbox DJ display glitch

Hello,

My rekordbox display is completely glitched, half the buttons are not shown correctly:

This is after the update, but the glitch was present even before. I am on Windows 10. I filed an inquirry ticket but got no answer after 10 days (request #47867). 

Am I the only one in this situation ? I guess not, since this guy has the same problem:

Then, what can I do ? Is the customer service going to answer one day, or should I switch to Traktor ? I paid a license for this product but I cannot use it properly without this glitch.
