i have 3 cdjs 2000 nexus 2 and a djm 900 nexus 2

if on rekordbox box i dont use the djm 900 as the sound card and use the cdjs as the sound card and use line in on the mixer i dont get the noise but only 2 out of the 3 cdjs work. How do i fix this ???

Your settings tell me that you DO use the DJM-900 as your audio device.

You may have buzzing or interference if the USB cable is bad / poorly shielded, or if there is interference in your computer's USB bus / chipset.

yes i am using it here is a sample of the sound i am getting from my last mix http://www6.zippyshare.com/v/eeF89ogE/file.html. I have changed the usb cables to brand new ones. I do have a usb cable in the 3 cdjs and one in the mixer as well. Someone suggested and analogue to usb cable ??

Pulse

If you're using the CDJs for control, you need them connected by USB. I'm not sure what "analog to USB cable" means, USB is a digital connection.

And re: the recording, I quickly scanned through it but didn't hear anything unusual - can you tell me at what point (time) the "unusual sound" happens?

james gregory

sorry here is a better example http://www85.zippyshare.com/v/otOghJpu/file.html skip to about 1min where u can hear it very well

very strange u have to download the sample to hear it u dont hear it on the site

Can you try again with your buffer set higher? 320 samples is pretty low and could be the culprit here. I'd start with 1024 samples, if it's still there, try 2048.

james gregory

the sample is taken from a mix i pre recorded i have just cut a bit out of it

See above; try recording again using a higher buffer size.
