Not allowing me to update firmware for DDJ RZX
I am using a mid 2012 Macbook Pro 2.5ghz 16gb RAM El Capitan, currently on version 1.3 trying to update firmware to 1.5, the file is not zipped when I download, I click and it starts the download and stops around 9% and prompts message saying "An error has occured (9) It was not possible to update the program". Also I am only getting white noise out of my headphones, no music and no clue why, volume appears to be on, someone please help!!

Hello Brandon,
You might have failed updating the firmware.
Please click the red-circled update instructions to download the document.
Then, make sure to follow all the steps in the update guide.

1. First, connect the USB A of RZX and your Mac.
2. Be sure to press [SHIFT] and [SYNC] button while turning the power switch on to launch the update mode before updating the firmware.
