New to Rekordbox and Xdj-Rx. Couple questions.
New to Pioneer, recently upgraded from Traktor S4 MK 1 to XDJ-RX.....
I have all my music nicely organized, but when I analyze them in Rekordbox and export to my flash drive they're a complete mess. Is there any way to have them as I originally organized them?
Also, how do I change it so the track timer is counting down?
And lastly is there a way to see what files are flac, or weren't exported to flash?

Non exported tracks should be in an error log that pops up in Rekordbox. Click on the time in Rekordbox DJ and it will switch to count down from counting up. Go to preferences in Rekordbox and click what you want to organize your music by and you can also change the view screen in Rekordbox DJ so you have different column views to work with.

Do you know how to change the time on the xdj-rx itself? Sorry should have been more specific.
Press the TIME MODE button.
