DJM-900NXS2 + Traktor
I'm currently unable to connect my DJM-900NXS2 mixer to my Traktor software. The DJM-900NXS2 Setting Utility is showing the mixer is "Connected" to my computer when connected via a USB cable however when I open Traktor and try to select the DJM-900NXS2 as the audio device, is says "Not Connected" next to it.
Additionally, the Pioneer Setting Utility application seems to become unresponsive sometimes after launching Traktor and I have to force quit the utility and restart it.
I've confirmed I have the latest firmware installed on my mixer and have the latest driver for the mixer installed on my computer.
Here are all my hardware specs:
- 2018 Macbook Pro running High Sierra version 10.13.6
- Traktor Pro 2.11.3 17
- Mixer is running firmware version: 2.05
- Mixer Setting Utility version: 2.0.2
- Mixer Driver version: 2.0.1
I used to be able to connect my old original NXS mixer (and original CDJ-2000NXS) to my computer just fine using HID mode, with the NXS mixer set as the audio source in Traktor. I can't seem to do the same thing however on the new NXS2 setup. I need to be able to connect the mixer to Traktor so I can record audio from the mixer.
Thanks in advance for the help!
