Rekordbox DJ (CDJ/XDJ agg) to USB on Pioneer Cdj 2000's
Hi there, I will play a gig in January, I will be first up and using CDJ 2000 (first gen) but I will be playing from a MacBook with Rekordbox DJ (performance)
I know when I play at home with my CDJ 850k's that if I press USB to play from this that the sound cuts off as its all going through the aggregator.
My question is does this happen on the CDJ 2000'S as well? The second DJ will be using USB'S so I cant afford for it to cut out on the night.
Thanks in advance.

The difference with the CDJ-2000 is that it doesn't disconnect the audio device, thus dropping the audio (like your CDJ-850 does, as it only has one USB connection that switches between the host and device connections).
So to answer your question, when you have the CDJ-2000 connected as an aggregate audio device, and then switch to a USB connected to the player itself, it won't disconnect from the computer, allowing you to switch between sources.
