BUG: Creating Memory Cue doesn't work after using the skip buttons to move ahead

To reproduce:

Open track in Export mode.

Scrub to some place in the track.  Set a Cue point with the right mouse button.

Use the skip arrows to move forward by 16 bars.

Click the 'memory' button to create a memory cue.

Expected behaviour: A memory cue is set at the current needle position in the track.

Observed behaviour: A memory cue is set at the previous needle position, where it was before skipping ahead.

Workaround: Scrub the track a tiny bit then right click to set a cue point back at the place you skipped to.  Click the 'memory' button -> a memory cue is successfully created.

For someone who regularly uses the skip arrows to mark sections of a track, this is really annoying.  Hot Cues work, but I want both types of Cues at each point.

Feature Request: Be able to create a Hot Cue and a Memory Cue at the same time.

A cue point is set where the track is currently cued. I also use the arrow keys to navigate through the track. All you need to do is press the C key on the keybiard to cue before you press the M key.

I find I press the C key automatically anyway as an easy way to test the cue point is in the correct place (eg right at the start of the beat).

Great, thanks for the help.  Strange thing is that Hot Cue creation doesn't follow that rule, which is why I was confused about it.
