Hi!

I've got a problem with the sync-feature with my XDJ-R1.

all of my tracks are analysed with recordbox.  if i use the sync-feature, the track will be synced BUT he always Starts with the Second beat.

 

For Example: If i hit "play" 

L....L....L....L (Beat of Track 1 - Master - Beatgrid begins correctly)

--->L....L....L  (Beat of Track 2 - synced ) (the first beat won't play) - Cue is set to the FIRST beat.

It's difficult to discibe, i hope u guys understand my problem.

Is that all we get for being essentially £1000 hard worked cash out of pocket? A simple one word answer..

I think we all require dates and exactly what is being done/plans for full refunds if problem is not solved by a certain date as per retail law..

This product should be off the shop floor and recalled until it's in working condition.   I feel sad for the new djs on these threads.  Alot of us have already returned ours with no ending in sight ....

The issues are still not solved and no reactions anymore from you. I ask again: does pioneer see also all the main issue with the cue and when is it going te be solved?

its like pioneer doesnt takes us serouisly?

bought it for 1000 euros

and the problems are known for 2 months.

And still after 2 months, we havent got any good fix.

 

Also we arent getting any indication when this will be fixed.

Days? Weeks? Months? years?

 

i've got a 1000 euro piece of equipment which doesnt do what it should do.

And it feels like pioneer is doing nothing? i feel ripped off by pioneer.

Cant return the device. and cant do anything with it either.

 

No response from pioneer, or indication.

Guys, I apologise for the delay but I've been trying to work with the engineers to hammer this issue out. I believe it will be resolved in the next firmware update.

Thanks Gavin but we would all still prefer a date, or at least a shorter window?

@Craig > I'm sorry, Pioneer do not release advance information. I'm not even really supposed to tell you there's another firmware on the way shortly. So the fact I even am saying it must mean its pretty close.

i really hope its coming soon... and i really hope that the issues are going to be fixed soon.

Because i'm not enjoying my xdj-r1 at the moment. i really want to enjoy my equipment and say i've spended my money well.

But at the moment i'm dissapointed. 

They better fix the bugs in the next firmware. before i'm going to smash my equipment.

1.06 Fixed - thanks! and "finding the beat" is fixed as well.
