I use a DDJ-WeGo as my primary controller, and an Edirol PCR-30 as my secondary.  Last night I added a mapping for a Novation Launchpad.  The mappings are in that order, top to bottom, with the Traktor 2 default mapping (keyboard controls) at the top.

I mapped the Loop In/Set Cue and Loop Out controls to the Launchpad, but when the loop begins while the deck is in Flux Mode it doesn't keep the playhead moving - it behaves just as if Flux Mode is off.  Is it possible to use Flux Mode with this approach to looping?

Did you assign a control for Flux Mode On/Off? If you only have the loop mode set to normal, you'll never enter a flux loop.
