I am having issues on my ddi-sx2. I need help.
There are times where I mix, and all of a sudden I can't manipulate the left decks. Deck one and four cannot be mannipulted, I can't scratch. All the music does is slow down when reversed and moves a bit fast moving the track forward. I have factory reset my console, it worked but it happened again today and after factory reset what I thought, the decks still cannot be fixed. What do I do?

After the reset did you update to the newest firmware and what version of Serato DJ are you using? Also what os are you using?
Sorry on the late response. AFter the reset yes i did update the newest firmware, I have the serat DJ pro, and for the os I am using Sierra.
I tried again this morning and still the left deck wont let me manipulate it.
Are you sure you haven't disabled vinyl mode? Press and hold SHIFT+SLIP to toggle it.
