DVS not working with DDJ-1000SRT

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue connecting turntables to the DDJ-1000SRT. 

DVS pack was activated successfully for the Pioneer DDJ-1000SRT and the Vinyl/CDJ Control has been enabled with the tick box in the Serato Settings > Expansion Packs. After doing so, I am not able to see the Scope view in the Settings. I am connecting the turntables using Phase and the RCA's are in channels 3 & 4 as indicated and set to Line. Phase remotes are receiving signals as the mixer is giving a high pitched noise from channels 3 & 4 but on Serato Dj, the decks are not recognizing that turntables are connected.
