Xdj-xz does not keep sync when in slip mode

Both sides loaded with the same track and analyzed in rekordbox. Its fine when I play them but with slip mode on they will loose sync eventually when using the platter for scratching.Sometimes it works for the first 2-3 scratch or stop or spin up then it fails to keep the beat properly. Unit is brand new just testing it but its failed on this after 5 mins 😐 and only started to test it out. Updated the firmware to 1.12 (was on 1.11) and tried 2 different usb pen drives but no luck.Also obviously tried a lot of different setting like MT, quantize on/off etc.

Is there any way to fix this or I have to send it back?Please come back asap thnx
