Sound distortion on XDJ-XZ
While playing on the XZ on rekordbox performance mode i encountered some distorted sound, with some songs is more obvious than others and the issue gets worse if moving the jog wheel on the other deck.
i've made a recording using a usb connected to the unit, the song playing is on deck 2 and on deck 1 there is another song but the volume is at zero, as i move the jog wheel on deck 1 sound on deck 2 gets distorted and is more obvious around the middle where there is voice in the song.

Edit: checked if the issue repeats playing directly from the unit and not using rekordbox, and doesn't occur, still it's pretty bad since i use an RB-DMX1 and that has to be on performance mode.

That sounds more like Master Tempo artefacting on the track - need some additional info:
- what is the original BPM of the track and what % were you playing it at?
- what kind of file is it, and what's the sample rate / bit depth?
- you say this only occurs when in performance mode, are you using a PC and if so, have you disabled the Intel TurboBoost?
the track is being played at the original BPM 130.9 at 0%
The audio file is an MP3 44100hz 192kbps
did disable the intel turbo boost as shown, and that did solve the issue, thanks for the help, i did check all the master tempo issue before and wasn't that
Awesome - I figured it was one of those things! Give it a go with the turbo disabled and let us know if it continues to function as expected. Gotta love technology.
Whoah, that is absolutely why I do not miss Windows at all.
