problem deck chanel audio and master b label lights not working

hi pioneer comunity i need your help

deck chanel audio and master b label LED lights in the mixer of the pioneer ddj s1 not working my controller pioneer ddj s1 included the cd driver with version 2.0 of Serato on the CD, but there was no audio, also turned on the master label (in the mixer), everything else had lights. then I downloaded Serato 2.2 of the official website of serato and began to run audio and LED lights on the master label, but only the channel A, channel B is no audio, and the LED on the master label B will not turn on the lights, my notebook  have windows seven home basic with service pack 1 and the processor is core i5 only channel B not working (dont have audio)and in the mixer,the lights in the LED in master b the meters not up
