Hot cue resets to play marker position when pressed instead of jumping to where I'd previously saved it

Hi

When I put my USB in my XDJ-RX2 I can see the Hot Cues on the wave form exactly where I saved them on Rekord Box. But when I press the hot cue button instead of jumping me to the hot cue it will just reset the Hot cue position to the play marker. If I press the hot cue again it will play from the new position. This is happening on all my tracks and all the Hot Cues on them, it doesn't matter if the song is paused or playing it still happens. 

Someone else has put their USB in my XDJ and their Hot Cues don't do this.  I've tried copying all the same settings they have on their Rekord Box and USB yet it still keeps happening.

Does anyone have any ideas as it's driving me insane?
