How can i cancel monthly subscribtion of Rekordbox?

In january I cancelled my recordbox licence. But in spite of that my credit card (Visa) has been debited with 12.57 USD per month. I know, "(In the recordbox software/preferences/licences/deactivated)" - That means that you just deactivated the license key from rekordbox.

I cancelled the subscription in mycommerce account  in january, but my credit card has been debited in every month. How is it possible? 

Today (19th April) I deleted my recordbox software from my notebook. Please cancel all transactions of my credit card in the future because I didn' use the software a lot of days...
