Hi there! I recently purchase a DDJ-FLX4 and it believe it setup correctly, I am getting volume from my external speakers. But when I go to use the headphones, I get no volume. I switched out the headphones but that is not the issue as they work with other devices. I looked at YouTube and my settings were matched to his advice. I am wondering did I get a bad headphone jack or am I not having enough power? I am running the unit from the PC connection input but not the power input, is it a power issue? Please help! Thank you.

Hi! I have the same problem. Sometimes there is sound in the headphones (hd449 sennheiser, 32 Ohm), but sometimes the noise, distorted sound and sound disappear. The PC (Asus VivoBook 15 X512D) is running in Airplane mode, Win11. Tested on 2 laptops (Asus, Acer TravelMate P215-52). Units ser. no BJMP012056NN. I connected the device to desktop computer OptiPlex 5000, no problems. Thx

Try unchecking the box for "PC MASTER OUTPUT" and see if that resolves the issue.
