Where to find a version of rekordbox that actually works? "Rekordbox agent" error on clean install of windows 10

Windows died and I had to clean install windows 10 :'(  I have a show tomorrow so the first thing I did was install Rekordbox.  Turns out the new version doesn't work at all, will not load.  I have no security software installed, only windows defender.  Uninstalled and reinstalled rekordbox, same error.  Checked firewall settings, looks like they are good.  My friend told me I should have bought a Denon prime instead of my xdj-xz.  I guess he was right :'(
