CDJ-2000 GOING INTO REVERSE WHEN SWITCH IS STILL ON FORWARD
Recently I have noticed my CDJ-2000 going into REVERSE when the SWITCH is still in the forward direction. To fix the problem, I have to manually point the switch to REVERSE and then back to forward. Is there a fix to this?
I am currently running MAC OSX SNOW LEOPARD with Current version of Serato in HID mode. I am running both CDJ-2000's to my NON-POWERED USB HUB. Has this happend to any of you guys?! This is really annoying especially when playing live.

@Ryan > does this also happen when you are playing a track from a CD / USB / SD? Or does it only happen when you are using (trying to see if this is a hardware glitch or an issue with the Serato mapping).
Have you updated your players to the latest firmware and Serato too?
Hey I haven't ever tried using with CD/USB/SD.....
I will check which version I am using. Last time I updated was in AUGUST but let me just confirm that.

@Ryan > No, I can't say I have hence why I'm trying to establish if it's a hardware glitch or something on Serato's end.
I will try to take a picture next time and send it to you of what exactly is going on. If it is a hardware glitch... will it be covered under warranty if its already passsed 1 year mark?
Most likely it's not the hardware, Have you tried just using the cdj's without serato? If you are mixing cd's or off a usb drive and it doesn't happen, then it's a midi issue being triggered from sera to or a faulty hub,
It doesn't appear to be a hardware glitch but if it was you are outside the warranty period of one year.
As I've said earlier, you'll know exactly when you test it with another source.
I'm guessing there's a MIDI mapping toying with you -- open Serato, go into MIDI mode, click the reverse icon and delete anything that might be there.
i used the cdj-2000 with usb and still have the reverse problem.
i disconnected the lan cable still nothing reverse is always on
disconnected the usb also same problem and the player is not connected to any midi or software
plz need help with that issue as soon as possible thanx.
