HOLA RECIENTEMENTE ME COMPRE CON ILUSION ESTE DDJ400 Y LO ESTUVE PROBANDO Y ME DI CUENTA QUE EL JOG WHEEL DERECHO DE LA CONSOLA ESTA INVERTIDA LA FUNCION, OSEA QUE GIRA AL REVES DEL SENTIDO DEL RELOJ, QUIERO ADELANTAR LA CANCION Y LA RETROCEDE.
YA ACTUALIZE EL FIRWARES Y SIGUE TODO IGUAL. NOSE QUE PUEDE SER NECESITO REPUESTA POR FAVOR GRACIAS

Sorry about that! Assuming you don't have the reverse enabled, I'd recommend returning it to the retailer for an exchange as that is not a normal behaviour for the jog.
