[SOLVED] Simple "Eject USB" Clarification Please

I usually use Traktor and have a CDJ 850 at home. But when I play clubs Im coming across 2000's more and more.So...

The other night I went to put my usb be in as the DJ before me was finishing up, but he had one usb "linked" to the other cdj.

Now the track playing is the Channel 2 CDJ but the track is sourced/"linked" from the usb stuck in the Channel 1 CDJ. I need to play on the Channel 1 CDJ...so how do I plug in without stopping the audio as its linked to the other channel ?

Very confused, and I know the answer is simple, so just need to know the function to get around it...

Thanks in advance.

just plug it into the deck with the open usb port, go to the deck not playing and hit "LINK" you will see your USB drive and the deck number it's on to confirm it is yours, you can select and play from there
