Hello i have problem with controller i got it new ,i use it 3 time after using some time the controller not working it not opening program

the controller not conecting to the computer, please can you say how i can resolve this problem
Have you tried a different USB cable..
i tried ,but not working, and i change power adapter also, only the ligths loading up tu end and must open program not opening, i want to say that we uprgade program and it works after we change computer to macbook starts to work with new computer it didnt open program.
controller after power pushing on, starting to open but program not opening , i think this problem with controller program it gone
