The two Beat Sync button on my DDJ-200 wont stop flashing and my device doesn't work properly

When I connect my DDJ-200 to either my pc or power, the Beat Sync lights don't stop blinking, and most of the mixer section functions don't work properly on either rekordbox or WeDj.

Hey Sebastian,

Press the two BEAT SYNC buttons at the same time and hold for one second, see if that resolves it.

I have tried it several times and keeping them different times but still I can not solve it
