Pioneer DDJ SR no sond through speakers or Headphones
Hi there
I'm having trouble with my DDJ-SR not playing any sound at all through the speakers or my headphones;
At home I have a Pioneer DDJ-SR & a DDJ Wego-3. I also have a laptop(Windows 10) and a new computer that I have just installed Windows 7 as a completely new system.
I use the DDJ-SR with Virtual dj and to date had no issues at all with either of the controllers or the set up that I have.
But with the new PC I cant get no sound through the DDJ-SR. The new PC delivers sound when I use the Wego-3 and the DDJ-SR works fine with the laptop but for some reason the DDJ-SR will not produce any sounds when connected with the new Window 7 PC.
When I load and play a track through the SR, all the master volume lights bounce like there is a track playing through it. But no sound through either the speakers or the headphones.
To date I have tried:
Uninstalled and reinstalled all of the files connected with Virtual dj
Uninstalled & reinstalled all the new drivers & firmware for the DDJ-SR
Checked that the DDj-SR is set to the default sound card for windows 7 on the "playback device".
Changed the USB cable and tried several different ones I have spare.
Tried all the different USB sockets on the new pc
Tried the new pc with a different controller (DDJ-Wego 3)- This worked fine
Tried a different pc (Windows 10 laptop) this also worked fine.
As you can see I've pretty much tried everything I can think of, but I'm still lost. Can anyone help ?
Thanks for any help or advice

Sorry to hear that, please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue. It says "rekordbox" but they can assist with other hardware issues as well.
Have you been able to fix that?
