Choosing the right setup for Rekordbox DVS
Hey guys!
I've just bought two vinyl players (Technics 1200mk5) and now i am looking for the right setup for Rekordbox DVS. I've looked at all the setups right now but it feels like theres always a big "con" with everyone.
The DJM-S9 looks nice but does not have full usage to the DVS. It's originally built for Serato software.
The DJM-450 is nice and affordable, and also comes with the DVS software included but lacks a "pro fader" and the pads.
The DDJ-SZ2 looks awesome and then i would have portability to take a setup with my easier, but it's for Serato. Also does not have adjustable faders like the DJM-S9.
[Edit] Sorry, i just read the manual and you can actually adjust the fader feel with a screw-driver on the SZ2!
Is Pioneer ever going to release a full Pro DDJ. XDJ or DJM for rekordbox?
The 450 feels close but i would like to have a mixer or DDJ with the pads and more effects.
What are your thoughts on this?

The DJM-450 "lacks a pro fader"? It's got the same MAGVEL fader as any other DJM / DDJ with a MAGVEL fader! (It's pretty kick-ass, btw.)
I would go for an 450 and a sp1/Allen Heath k2.
That is my plan. I just don't know where I can get the timecod records ...
@Pulse : what I meant is that S9 has a Pro fader as it says in the description of the product. It's adjustable :) same on the Sz2, rz and some others
Yeah, but the MAGVEL fader (non-pro version) is still solid... and for the price and spec of the DJM-450, it's a solid contender in that range.
